Japan Luxury Aftercare Desk Retainer™ is an ongoing private desk relationship for owners of high-value, sentimental, limited, vintage, collector, or custody-sensitive luxury items that need recurring Japan-side aftercare coordination.

Use this when the need extends beyond one watch service case or one defined return path. It is designed for clients managing continuing service, warranty, boutique, seller, repair, handoff, custody, insured-movement, or cross-border aftercare questions across more than one item or over an extended period.

Choose the appropriate retainer level

  • Aftercare Watch Desk — $2,500 per month: for a defined ongoing aftercare rhythm covering selected service-path questions, warranty-route review, custody planning, and recurring decision support.
  • Active Luxury Aftercare Desk — $5,000 per month: for several live service, seller, boutique, repair, return, custody, or controlled-movement threads requiring continuing Japan-side coordination.
  • Executive Custody & Aftercare Desk — $10,000 per month: for high-touch, high-value, time-sensitive, multi-item, or cross-border luxury aftercare activity requiring senior Japan-side routing and operational oversight.

What this private desk may include

  • Recurring aftercare planning, priority setting, and Japan-side route review
  • Service, warranty, boutique, seller, authorised-centre, workshop, or return-path coordination guidance where accepted
  • Practical review of ownership records, warranty papers, service history, custody context, timing, destination, and movement constraints
  • Controlled handoff, temporary custody, domestic transfer, insured-movement, and return-path sequencing guidance where accepted
  • Coordination between the appropriate JapanSolved™ watch-service, private-buyer, Proxy QA, cargo, local-representation, recovery, and specialist routes
  • A defined operating rhythm, review queue, communication channel, active-case limits, and scope boundaries after onboarding

Important boundary

This retainer opens an ongoing luxury-aftercare desk relationship. It is not a repair fee, warranty approval, manufacturer authorisation, service-centre booking guarantee, authentication certificate, valuation, insurance policy, shipping purchase, customs service, item purchase fund, or blanket authority to act without case-by-case confirmation.

Diagnostics, repair work, replacement parts, manufacturer charges, boutique charges, service-centre fees, seller charges, inspection, packing, storage, domestic delivery, international shipping, insurance, export preparation, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, and third-party vendor costs are separate unless expressly quoted. The operating scope, response rhythm, active-case limits, and escalation process are confirmed after intake.

After checkout

After payment, complete the assigned intake form using the same checkout email and include the order reference, current luxury-item portfolio or priorities, live service or warranty cases, available ownership and service records, current locations, destinations, deadlines, custody constraints, and the operating support you need.
