Use this when the need extends beyond one defined sword case or one individual export question. It is designed for ongoing portfolios, recurring movements, sensitive collections, inherited objects, multi-item documentation pathways, or situations where compliance planning and custody discipline must continue over time.
Choose the appropriate retainer level
- Compliance Watch Desk — $2,500 per month: for recurring documentation-path questions, selected custody or movement reviews, and a measured compliance-support rhythm.
- Active Cultural Object Compliance Desk — $5,000 per month: for several live objects, document pathways, holder or dealer situations, movement plans, or specialist coordination threads requiring continuing Japan-side support.
- Executive Custody & Compliance Desk — $10,000 per month: for high-value, historically sensitive, estate, multi-item, time-sensitive, or cross-border cases requiring senior coordination and ongoing operational oversight.

- Practical guidance around available ownership, registration, dealer, provenance, movement, and destination information
