Japan Sword Compliance Case Deposit™
Japan Sword Compliance Case Deposit™
Payment opens the priority case path. Choose the deposit level that matches the required work. After payment, complete the assigned intake with the case history, documents, seller or source context, timing pressure, destination, and intended outcome.
A case deposit does not guarantee acceptance, authentication, export approval, seller cooperation, acquisition success, or third-party conclusions. It opens deeper routing, specialist coordination, or execution preparation. If the case is accepted into a larger scope, the deposit may be credited toward quoted work where appropriate.
When the sword’s compliance route is accepted and formal coordination must begin.
Japan Sword Compliance Case Deposit™ is the paid case-opening deposit for a Japanese sword or sword-related cultural object whose documentation, custody, movement, or export path has moved beyond preliminary review and now requires active coordination.
Use this only after the object, available papers, ownership context, current location, intended destination, and required outcome are sufficiently defined to justify a controlled compliance case path.
Choose the appropriate deposit level
- Documentation & Route Coordination Deposit — $950: for one defined sword case requiring active document-path review, custody sequencing, and practical next-step coordination after the initial compliance review.
- Specialist Compliance Case Deposit — $1,500: for cases requiring several coordination layers across ownership records, specialist input, seller or holder communication, controlled handoff, documentation, and movement-path preparation.
- Complex Custody & Export Case Deposit — $2,500: for high-value, historically sensitive, estate, multi-item, incomplete-documentation, urgent, or movement-complex cases where custody, specialist coordination, export-route questions, and logistics planning intersect.
What this case path may include
- Active sword-compliance case routing and practical scope confirmation
- Review and organisation of available ownership, registration, dealer, provenance, and movement information relevant to the proposed path
- Coordination planning with appropriate specialists, holders, dealers, handlers, or service providers where accepted
- Controlled custody, pickup, handoff, documentation, packing, movement, or export-sequencing guidance where accepted
- Identification of questions requiring separate specialist review, carrier confirmation, local representation, cargo execution, or destination-side advice
- A recommended operational quote, next deposit, specialist route, or execution sequence where needed
Important boundary
This deposit opens an active compliance-coordination case. It is not legal advice, a legal opinion, export authorisation, registration issuance, authentication certificate, valuation, carrier booking, customs clearance, packing service, freight purchase, or guarantee that a sword can be sold, moved, exported, imported, accepted by a carrier, cleared by authorities, or delivered to a destination.
Government fees, specialist fees, registration-related work, dealer charges, physical inspection, conservation, packing, storage, domestic transport, freight, insurance, export preparation, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, destination charges, and third-party vendor costs are separate unless expressly quoted. Any formal determination rests with the relevant authorities, qualified professionals, carriers, insurers, and destination-side requirements.
Where a larger accepted scope is required, the deposit may be credited toward that quoted work where appropriate. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, including Japan’s local 10% consumption tax where applicable.
After checkout
After payment, complete the assigned intake form using the same checkout email and include the order reference, full-object photos, available registration or ownership records, seller or holder details, current location, intended destination, movement deadline, how the sword was acquired, and the decision outcome you need.
