A case deposit does not guarantee acceptance, authentication, export approval, seller cooperation, acquisition success, or third-party conclusions. It opens deeper routing, specialist coordination, or execution preparation. If the case is accepted into a larger scope, the deposit may be credited toward quoted work where appropriate.

When the cargo route is accepted and active movement coordination must begin.

Japan Cargo Execution Case Deposit™ is the paid case-opening deposit for a Japan-side cargo path that has moved beyond initial logistics feasibility and now requires active coordination around collection, handling, packing, crating, storage, domestic transfer, freight sequencing, export preparation, or receiving-side handoff.

Use this after the object, origin, destination, and movement objective are sufficiently defined to justify operational work. It is for cargo cases where action must be carefully sequenced, not merely discussed.

Choose the appropriate deposit level

  • Cargo Coordination Deposit — $950: for one defined object or shipment path requiring initial collection, handling, packing, or movement coordination after the logistics review.
  • Complex Cargo Execution Deposit — $1,500: for larger, fragile, valuable, multi-piece, export-sensitive, or time-sensitive cases requiring several coordination layers across pickup, handling, packing, crating, or freight planning.
  • High-Risk Movement Deposit — $2,500: for high-value, irregular, remote-location, multi-vendor, custody-sensitive, or operationally complex cargo paths where local representation, specialist handling, route changes, or several movement stages may intersect.

What this case path may include

  • Active cargo-case routing and operational scope confirmation
  • Collection, access, pickup, handling, temporary custody, storage, packing, crating, domestic transfer, freight, or export-sequencing coordination where accepted
  • Identification of the appropriate carrier, specialist handler, local representative, or vendor path where relevant
  • Review of practical route risks involving dimensions, weight, fragility, value, timing, documentation, access, destination, or receiving-side conditions
  • Coordination between the appropriate JapanSolved™ buyer, sourcing, compliance, proof-review, local-representation, or logistics routes
  • A recommended execution quote, vendor quote path, additional deposit, or escalation route where needed

Important boundary

This deposit opens an active cargo-execution case path. It is not a final freight quote, carrier booking, insurance policy, export licence, customs clearance, storage agreement, packing instruction, collection authorisation, or guarantee that an object can be collected, moved, exported, insured, accepted by a carrier, or cleared at destination.

Final packing, crating, storage, collection, domestic delivery, freight, insurance, export preparation, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, destination charges, carrier surcharges, and third-party vendor costs are separate unless expressly quoted. This deposit does not guarantee carrier capacity, vendor availability, final pricing, export approval, customs outcome, delivery timing, damage-free movement, or successful completion of the route.

Where a larger accepted scope is required, the deposit may be credited toward that quoted work where appropriate. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, including Japan’s local 10% consumption tax where applicable.

After checkout

After payment, complete the assigned intake form using the same checkout email and include the order reference, object links or photos, dimensions, approximate weight, condition notes, pickup location, destination, deadline, available budget, and all known collection, access, handling, packing, freight, export, or receiving-side constraints.
