A case deposit does not guarantee acceptance, authentication, export approval, seller cooperation, acquisition success, or third-party conclusions. It opens deeper routing, specialist coordination, or execution preparation. If the case is accepted into a larger scope, the deposit may be credited toward quoted work where appropriate.

When the sourcing and export pathway has been reviewed and active Japan-side procurement coordination must begin.

Japan Sourcing & Procurement Case Deposit™ is the paid case-opening deposit for an accepted Japan-side sourcing, procurement, supplier, seller, maker, product availability, purchase-path, sample, pickup, packing, custody, export, or movement-planning case that has moved beyond initial pathway review.

Use this after the product category, target item, seller or supplier path, desired quantity, destination, deadline, intended use, purchase constraints, packing concerns, export questions, and required outcome are sufficiently defined to justify active Japan-side coordination.

What this case path may include

  • Active sourcing and procurement case routing and practical scope confirmation
  • Coordination planning around accepted sellers, shops, suppliers, makers, product pages, samples, quantities, purchase windows, pickup points, packing requirements, storage needs, export movement, or destination constraints
  • Review of product information, links, photos, dimensions, quantity, seller or supplier details, stated condition, labels, claims, purchase limits, payment-path questions, packing risk, shipping limits, and movement information relevant to the proposed route
  • Planning for accepted supplier communication, seller contact, sourcing follow-up, product confirmation, sample acquisition, purchase-path confirmation, pickup, controlled handoff, temporary custody, packing, or export movement sequencing
  • Identification of questions requiring Product Availability, Proxy QA, Private Buyer execution, Beauty Product Sourcing Compliance Review, Local Representation, Cargo, destination-side advice, or broader procurement support
  • A recommended operational quote, additional deposit, specialist route, or next execution sequence where needed

Important boundary

This deposit opens an active sourcing and procurement coordination case. It is not the product purchase fund, supplier payment, seller payment, regulatory approval, customs ruling, export approval, import approval, product registration, supplier guarantee, manufacturer guarantee, purchase guarantee, freight purchase, inspection certificate, authentication certificate, valuation, investment advice, resale authorization, or guarantee that any product, supplier, seller, route, shipment, or destination clearance will be available or successful.

Product prices, seller charges, supplier charges, sample costs, purchase funds, supplier outreach beyond the accepted scope, inspection, testing, labeling work, regulatory advice, storage, packing, insurance, export preparation, shipping, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, destination charges, and third-party vendor costs are separate unless expressly quoted.

Where a larger accepted scope is required, this deposit may be credited toward that quoted work where appropriate. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, including Japan’s local 10% consumption tax where applicable.

After checkout

After payment, complete the assigned intake form using the same checkout email and include the order reference, product or sourcing goal, links or photos, known seller or supplier details, desired quantity, intended use, destination country, deadline, budget, packing or shipping concerns, export questions, and the operational outcome you need.
