Japan Private Concierge Shopping Retainer™
Japan Private Concierge Shopping Retainer™
Retainers do not include object purchase costs, third-party experts, appraisal fees, shipping, storage, insurance, packing, export preparation, travel, outside professional costs, or emergency execution unless separately quoted.
For clients who need continuing Japan-side shopping support across several luxury, concierge, and guided-shopping routes.
Japan Private Concierge Shopping Retainer™ is a custom-scoped ongoing private desk relationship for clients who need recurring Japan-side support across jewelry shopping, Ginza luxury shopping, preloved luxury, vintage shopping, guided routes, seller coordination, pickup, custody, and purchase planning.
This is not a standard fixed-price subscription. It is used only after the client’s shopping priorities, target categories, travel schedule, budget range, preferred support level, item sensitivity, custody needs, and operating rhythm have been reviewed and accepted.
Best for
- Clients planning several Japan-side shopping routes, boutique visits, seller paths, guided days, or acquisition themes over time
- High-touch shopping support across jewelry, Ginza luxury, preloved luxury, vintage, thrift, flea-market, art, antiques, gifts, or specialist categories
- Travellers who need a continuing concierge structure before, during, and after a Japan shopping trip
- Buyers managing multiple items, appointments, purchase decisions, pickups, custody questions, packing, or return-shipping needs
- Clients whose shopping needs have outgrown one review or one active shopping case deposit
What this private desk may include
- Recurring shopping-priority planning, route review, and category refinement across accepted shopping themes
- Coordination guidance across boutiques, department stores, resale shops, vintage routes, flea markets, sellers, dealers, galleries, or private sources where accepted
- Practical review of timing, travel dates, shopping routes, appointments, language support, budget, tax-free considerations, pickup, custody, packing, and destination movement
- Planning for accepted personal-shopping support, guided shopping, seller communication, interpretation, controlled handoff, temporary custody, or movement sequencing
- Coordination between the appropriate JapanSolved™ jewelry, Ginza, preloved luxury, vintage, Proxy QA, Private Buyer, cargo, local-representation, and specialist routes
- A defined operating rhythm, review queue, communication channel, active-case limits, escalation path, and scope boundaries after onboarding
Important boundary
This is a custom-scoped concierge-shopping retainer, quoted only after the continuing need is understood. It is not an item purchase fund, seller payment, boutique payment, appointment guarantee, stock reservation, tax-free guarantee, authentication certificate, appraisal, valuation, investment guarantee, customs advice, export approval, shipping purchase, or blanket authority to act without case-by-case confirmation.
Item prices, seller charges, boutique charges, appointment fees, personal-shopper time beyond the accepted scope, interpretation, guided-shopping time, specialist reports, authentication, appraisal, negotiation, pickup, storage, packing, insurance, export preparation, shipping, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, and third-party vendor costs are separate unless expressly quoted.
JapanSolved™ does not guarantee item availability, authenticity, condition, seller cooperation, boutique acceptance, purchase success, tax-free eligibility, exportability, delivery timing, or final destination clearance. The operating scope, response rhythm, active-case limits, and escalation process are confirmed after intake.
After scope confirmation
After the retainer scope and payment structure are agreed, complete the assigned intake form using the confirmed billing email and include the shopping priorities, target categories, preferred boutiques or routes, travel dates, number of shoppers, budget range, destination, language or interpretation needs, pickup or custody concerns, active item links, and the support rhythm required.
