Use this when the work is no longer one isolated listing or one defined case. It is designed for buyers who expect multiple opportunities, continuing seller or dealer communication, evolving acquisition priorities, or an operating rhythm that needs a consistent Japan-side desk.
Choose the appropriate retainer level
- Buyer Watch Desk — $2,500 per month: for recurring opportunity review, buyer-side routing, selected seller-path questions, and a defined monthly support rhythm.
- Active Acquisition Desk — $5,000 per month: for ongoing acquisition planning, recurring seller or dealer coordination, negotiation preparation, purchase-path decisions, and multiple live opportunities.
- Executive Purchase Desk — $10,000 per month: for high-touch buyer-side coordination across serious, time-sensitive, sensitive, or multi-track acquisition activity where senior routing and execution oversight are required.

Important boundary
This retainer opens an ongoing buyer-side desk relationship. It is not a purchase fund, seller payment, escrow service, purchase guarantee, inventory reservation, authentication certificate, export approval, logistics quote, or blanket authorization to act without confirmation.
Item price, seller charges, third-party expert fees, in-person inspection, packing, storage, domestic delivery, freight, insurance, export preparation, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, payment handling, and outside vendor costs are separate unless expressly quoted. The operating scope, response rhythm, active-case limits, and escalation process are confirmed after intake.
