Japan Logistics Desk Retainer™
Japan Logistics Desk Retainer™
Retainers do not include object purchase costs, third-party experts, appraisal fees, shipping, storage, insurance, packing, export preparation, travel, outside professional costs, or emergency execution unless separately quoted.
For clients who need a continuing Japan-side logistics desk, not a one-off movement case.
Japan Logistics Desk Retainer™ is an ongoing private coordination relationship for clients managing recurring Japan-side cargo, collection, storage, packing, crating, freight, export movement, delivery, custody, or local-representation needs.
Use this when the work extends beyond one defined shipment or one cargo case. It is designed for collectors, businesses, estates, projects, and repeat shippers who need a steady Japan-side logistics desk across several objects, movements, vendors, destinations, or time-sensitive operational decisions.
Choose the appropriate retainer level
- Logistics Watch Desk — $2,500 per month: for recurring route review, selected shipment questions, defined coordination priorities, and a measured monthly logistics rhythm.
- Active Movement Desk — $5,000 per month: for several live shipment, storage, vendor, collection, or delivery threads requiring continuing route coordination and practical Japan-side oversight.
- Executive Logistics Desk — $10,000 per month: for high-touch, multi-vendor, high-value, time-sensitive, custody-sensitive, or operationally complex movement activity requiring senior routing and coordination oversight.
What this private desk may include
- Recurring Japan-side logistics planning, route review, and movement-priority setting
- Coordination guidance across collection, pickup, temporary custody, storage, packing, crating, domestic transfer, freight, export preparation, and receiving-side handoff where accepted
- Vendor-path, carrier-path, specialist-handler, or local-representation planning where relevant
- Practical review of timing, dimensions, weight, fragility, value, access, documentation, destination, and receiving-side constraints
- Coordination between the appropriate JapanSolved™ cargo, buyer, sourcing, compliance, proof-review, and local-representation routes
- A defined operating rhythm, review queue, communication channel, active-case limits, and scope boundaries after onboarding
Important boundary
This retainer opens an ongoing Japan-side logistics desk relationship. It is not a freight purchase, carrier booking, insurance policy, export licence, customs clearance, storage agreement, collection authorisation, blanket authority to act without confirmation, or guarantee that a shipment can be moved, exported, insured, accepted by a carrier, cleared at destination, or delivered on a particular date.
Final collection, packing, crating, storage, domestic delivery, freight, insurance, export preparation, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, destination charges, carrier surcharges, and third-party vendor costs are separate unless expressly quoted. The operating scope, response rhythm, active-case limits, and escalation process are confirmed after intake.
After checkout
After payment, complete the assigned intake form using the same checkout email and include the order reference, current cargo or movement priorities, object categories, origin and destination regions, expected shipment rhythm, known vendors or carriers, budget context, deadlines, access constraints, and the operating support you need.
