Japan Local Representation Retainer™ is a custom-scoped ongoing desk relationship for clients, families, collectors, businesses, project teams, and representatives who need continuing practical support on the ground in Japan across accepted pickup, attendance, handoff, temporary-custody, vendor, venue, logistics, or local-coordination matters.

This is not a standard fixed-price subscription. It is used only after the operating need, authority basis, locations, expected case rhythm, local task types, custody requirements, response expectations, and responsibility boundaries have been reviewed and accepted.

This is a custom-scoped local-support retainer, quoted only after the continuing need is understood. It is not legal representation, a power of attorney, an emergency-response service, police service, immigration service, people-finding service, welfare-check service, surveillance service, unrestricted courier authority, or blanket authority to act without case-by-case confirmation.

JapanSolved™ does not assume authority over property, people, accounts, records, premises, payments, or third-party relationships without a defined accepted scope and appropriate case basis. Holder charges, vendor fees, purchase funds, storage, collection, domestic transfer, packing, freight, insurance, export preparation, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, destination charges, and third-party vendor costs are separate unless expressly quoted.

After scope confirmation

After the retainer scope and payment structure are agreed, complete the assigned intake form using the confirmed billing email and include the active local-support priorities, expected case types, locations, authority or ownership documents where relevant, known holders or vendors, timing windows, destinations, operating constraints, primary contacts, escalation expectations, and the support rhythm required.
