Use this after the client’s support need, travel timing, city or neighborhood, number of people, shopping or concierge goals, language needs, budget range, local-attendance requirements, pickup or custody concerns, and desired outcome are sufficiently defined to justify active Japan-side coordination.

Item prices, seller charges, boutique charges, appointment fees, interpretation, personal-shopper time beyond the accepted scope, guided-shopping time, local attendance, transport, tickets, meals, pickup, storage, packing, insurance, export preparation, shipping, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, vendor charges, and third-party costs are separate unless expressly quoted.

Where a larger accepted scope is required, this deposit may be credited toward that quoted work where appropriate. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, including Japan’s local 10% consumption tax where applicable.
